Hi, looking for two types of fanfictions

1.) I'm looking for some fics that deal with either John or Sherlock self harming? Preferably Johnlock but I don't mind if it's just a good bromance :)

2.) Any where the become 'friends with benefits' and then develop feelings for each other?

All I remember is it was a short scene from a longer story. Sherlock was on a case where a man's wife was being threatened, and tells the man to go home and find her, because someone is after her. he dies trying to protect her and the wife tries to kill herself very soon after. 1] The fic starts with Mycroft telling Sherlock or possibly Anthea, that if this will continue, John is going to kill himself (maybe by throwing himself in front of a bullet?).
